Crabmeat au Gratin

  1. Make a roux with the seasoning, margarine and flour.
  2. Add the evaporated milk and crabmeat, stir and let thicken. Add Tony's or other spicy stuff if you want. If it needs to thicken more, add some cheese.
  3. Pour the mixture into a casserole greased with margarine. Top the mixture with shredded cheese. Bake in pre-heated 350° oven for 30 minutes, or until cheese becomes bubbly and begins to brown.
